                  Seminar On GNU/LINUX

       The Insight GNU/Linux Group (ILG) moving towards its goal of ‘Discovering Infinite Possibilities’ had conducted an awareness seminar on ‘Linux Operating System’ December 27, 2008 for Computer Technology & Information Technology students of Bharti Vidyapeeth(B.V.I.T) College. The Principal of  the College ‘Mr. Reshamlal’ was very proud to welcome ‘Mr. Jagjit Phull’ the Ex-Student of the College passed out in 1996. ‘Mr. Phull’ the Key-Member of ‘Insight Gnu/Linux Group’& his Team was welcomed with Honor. After the session ‘Mr. Phull’ continued with the seminar on Robust, Stable & Secure Linux Operating System. The Seminar included the brief history of Linux Operating System and cleared the difference between ‘Free & Open Source Software’ (FOSS) Foundations. It included the information about Job Opportunities and applications of the Secure & Robust  Gnu/Linux Operating System. The students were shocked & excited to know the capability of the system as deep as ocean when compared with any other platform. Students expressed their Eagerness to know about the secure system by asking relevant questions at the end of the session. The Seminar had a successful end and the journey of ‘Discovering Infinite Possibilities’ Began…….
