Edex Technology Pvt. Ltd. requires Sr.Database Engineer for full time permanent postion
* Oversee the complete Software Engineering Life Cycle on Client-Server Platforms and Database Application Architectures.
* Design, Develop and Maintain web based/standalone database applications in PHP and MySQL on Linux
* Unit Testing and troubleshooting
To fulfill these responsibilities, candidate must have:
- At least 3 years of programming experience in PHP, MySQL, (especially on Linux Platform)
- In depth working knowledge of MySQL and PHP
- Hands on experience in developing client/server database applications
- Ability to understand requirements and map those into the application framework
- Ability to architect a small database application (client/server)
- Knowledge of Relational Database and design patterns
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Installation and configuration of LAMP, XML based application, UML, Project tracking tools would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of database handling on Embedded Systems will be a plus.
