1. Copyright
Copyright remains with the Company or other identified rights owners. Purchase of a copy does not transfer copyright ownership.
2. Personal licence
Following a valid purchase, the named buyer will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational, reference and professional use of the purchased digital edition.
3. Permitted use
Buyers may read their copies on personal devices, retain reasonable personal backups, make reasonable personal-use printouts, and run or adapt supplied commands and lab scripts in authorized environments, subject to any third-party licences.
4. Restrictions
Except where authorized by applicable law or a separate institutional licence, redistribution, public uploading, resale, sublicensing, file-sharing and use as distributed material in third-party paid training are prohibited.
5. Personalized files
Personalized PDF/EPUB delivery includes the buyer name and order reference for copy identification. The buyer email is stored in restricted transaction records rather than printed across book pages.
6. Updates and recovery
Temporary download-link expiry will not, by itself, end a purchased licence. Minor corrections within the same purchased edition are normally included; major new editions may be separately priced. See the refund and update policy published on this website.
7. Third-party material
Referenced trademarks, screenshots, open-source scripts and other third-party works retain their respective rights and licence conditions.
8. Institutional licences
Multi-user distribution and third-party training require a separate organizational licence.
Nothing in this licence excludes non-waivable rights under applicable Indian law. Complaints and refund requests follow the published refund policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
